Well, I made a Halloween costume for my grandbaby this year. His mother decided she wanted him to be demon spawn, so here he is:
His mother said that she got a lot of compliments on the costume and that many were disappointed when she told him his grandmother had made the costume so therefore it wasn't available for their child.
Anyway -- had the munchkin this weekend. He is really growing - being 1 year old now
He is starting to talk in sentences now. Mr Pitcher (see 3rd pitch) asked him what he was doing and he replied quite plainly "I playing". He is almost ready to take off walking by himself. He is still walking around the furniture. We had him at the park with his walker and he was frustrated maneuvering on the grass so he just picked it up and walked! Why he can't do that on his own??? sheese. I never imagined how fun it would be to be Grandma!
He'll do it when he realizes how much faster he can move on two legs. ;-) He is adorable, in and out of cute Gramma-made costumes.
