Well, went to Weight Watchers. My trend has always been dump several pounds one week and gain back a few pounds the next week so this week would have been a gain. As expected, a gain of only 0.2 pounds!! That is the smallest gain I have ever had so I am thrilled. I didn't get in as much exercise as I wanted, it has been a busy week, but I am still excited for such a small gain back, so onward and upward! Continue same exercise goal as last week.
